An Important Update from our School…2020-21 School Reopening Plans

Dear P.S. 221 Parents and Guardians,

Here’s an end of the week recap of our 2020-21 School Reopening Plans:

Based on our current student enrollment and room capacity in adherence to social distancing guidelines, we are looking at Blended Learning Model 2 for our school.

You can also opt-out of Blended Learning and choose Remote Learning full-time.  The form to choose the Remote Learning only model is now available at https://www.nycenet.edu/surveys/learningpreference.

Thank you for continually sharing your concerns and questions.  We are working diligently to develop the best possible plan for our children with health and safety as our priority.  As further guidance is shared, we will provide you with as many answers as possible. If anyone can be successful at this monumental endeavor, it is the collaborative, caring 221 community.
